Once your customer has used your service. Simply ask your customer if they can leave you a review. Present your NFC review card and tap on the back of their smartphone which will lead them directly to your review page.

Note: Customer must sign into a Google account to leave a review.

Please use our personalisation box before buying the product and enter all your business information that you would like to be printed on the card. Only the details provided will be printed on the NFC card.

You can send us your business logo via using the "Upload Logo" button before buying.

What do customers need to scan the NFC Card?

Your customers need a smartphone with a NFC sharing. Your customers will only have to tap the card to the smartphone and a popup will appear, which will lead to the review page link. Please note that your customers need their own account for the respective portal.

Your customers need a smartphone with a camera. Your customers will only have to hold the smartphone camera over the QR code and a popup will appear, which will lead to the review link. Please note that your customers need their own account for the respective portal.

How many reviews can I collect?

Do I need an app to use the NFC card?

No app will be required for you to use the NFC card. It will be ready to use straight out the box.

How long does delivery takes?

As we manufacture all products individually and adapt them to you. The processing time takes 1-2 working day. All UK orders are dispatched same working day with Royal Mail and expected Next working day.

All International orders are dispatched same working day and depedning on country can be 6-7 working days.

The exchange of the products is not possible because they are custom made orders. If something is wrong with your order or lost, we will send you a new delivery.
